Another fraudster who takes service from another company and when he is in moderate debt he just stops responding to email / viber / whatsapp. He is partner of fraudlent company VIP Telco LTD from Sofia, Bulgaria.

This is excerpt from email that we got from co-owner of the Vip Telco LTD, warning us that Angel will commit fraud:

Angel Sotirov proposed to me in March to build our debt and refuse to pay our creditors so we can make a large profit. A few days after this I discovered that he had mislead me in the agreement which established the company, he had been in transgression of ethics from the very beginning.

I stopped my engagement with the operations of the company then and made an agreement in good faith with Miroslav Sotirov to come to some reasonable settlement on many outstanding issues. At our first meeting after this Angel Sotirov proposed to me that we "monetize" the company after we develop more than $200,000 in debt and that there was no point in doing this now because we have much smaller debt.

At our next meeting in March I told him plainly and directly that I would have nothing to do with this and that I wanted to divorce myself from the company to protect my reputation. The last time I met with Angel Sotirov in March he had changed his story and told me that it was not possible for us to technically commit this fraud so I should not worry about my role in the company. He did not deny that he still preferred to commit the fraud.
